Directly reporting to the CTO, the Enterprise Services domain combines 2 major Teams, Digital Workplace Services and Endpoint Services.
We are at the center of the IT strategy of L’Oreal.
We provide global product and services to the business and to the end-users.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN NUTSHELL!
As Digital Workplace Architect you’ll act as key technical expert to deliver the ambitious vision of modern workplace for L’Oréal Beauty Tech.
For the 3 years to come, we aim to push froward our workplace services ecosystem to become the “workplace platform” adapted to each L’Oréal business needs, facilitating hybrid work and promoting real-time collaboration at scale.
We can summarize your missions in 3 main objectives:
1. Design modern solutions around Data, Search & Analytics
-> example: Design, Build and Implement data governance rules and automations within Microsoft 365 ecosystem
2. Transition from Standard workplace to Customized workplace
-> example: Design, Build and Implement tools and processes to integrate and publish third-party app, plugins and chatbots inside Teams ecosystem
3. Transition from Device oriented approach to Web & Mobile first
-> example: Configure Microsoft 365 services to provide efficient and secure access from anywhere and any device
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to show great curiosity in :
· In-depth practical experience delivering Microsoft 365 Solutions.
· Diverse technical background with experience in various industries, roles, platforms, architectures, packages, and technologies.
· Proven track record in core skills for Microsoft Infrastructure and Microsoft 365 Solutions, centering around customer, project, and client/staff deliverables.
· Possess an entrepreneurial nature with the capability to understand multiple facets of a business environment along with an interest in contributing to L'Oréal.
· Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as both the business and technical areas.
· Strong project/program management skills
· Strong English level
· Strong business & customer service mindset
· Strong capacities to analyze, simplify and define realistic action plan even on complex subjects
· Strong adaptation capacities in complex and changing contexts
· Good interpersonal and influencing skills
· Innovative mindset
· + 5 years’ experience in similar positions
And finally, you may not be an expert with all requirements listed below, however, you must show curiosity in M365 components, administration, and governance (Exchange online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform). Experience on Antispam technologies: ProofPoint is welcomed also. And finally, experience on M365 performance measurement & dashboarding and M365 securing a plus.
