Defining WW Cloud standards (IaaS & PaaS), setting up WW shared services and managing these services is our DELIVERY.
Bringing the Infrastructure expertise to WW Application project teams is our CONTRIBUTION !
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN NUTSHELL!
We can summarize your missions in 3 main objectives:
L’Oreal accelerating its Cloud Journey, you will play a key role by:
Contributing to the evolution of Global Services
Managing the Service Delivery
Leading some strategic Transition Projects.
You will be the orchestrator strengthening interactions between our engineers, managed services providers and Asian, American and European L’Oréal colleagues.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!
First and foremost, we love people that are curious, collaborative, eager to have an impact and who value innovation, autonomy, and team spirit.
Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to show great curiosity in :
· Having a professional experience of at least 5 years in an international environment as a Service Delivery Manager in the field of Public Cloud Service Providers and Infrastructure Managed Services
· Having sense of service and customer relationship
· Knowing how to mobilize, coordinate and manage technical teams
· Mastering ITIL fundamentals
· Being fluent in English both oral and written
And finally, you may not be an expert with all requirements listed below, however, you must show knowledge and skills in Project Management and AGILE methodology, be proactive for continuous improvement of Service Quality and experiences in Azure, GCP and AWS are welcomed also.
