L’Oréal is in a period of growth in Tech and is building a dynamic and multidisciplinary teams from different backgrounds to deliver on our exciting mission to accelerate our Beauty Tech transformation. In this context, L'Oréal is building a Data Factory Team in charge of building the worldwide data platform for L’Oréal (aka BeautyTech Data Platform) and onboarding all the others IT team to this journey. Inside the Data Factory Team, The data delivery team is in charge of all the data use cases and the agile implementation. The Agile Delivery manager is driving one or multiples projects or use cases.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN NUTSHELL!
We can summarize your missions:
Anticipates risks (: data readiness, data quality, expectation vs feasibility, budget , authorizations,...)
Identifies and helps solving impediments (either internal or external to the team) to accelerate delivery
Educate, implement and is the gatekeeper of the agile framework (scrum or others) : mindset, values, rituals, roles and responsibilities.
Supports/Coaches the PO in establishing product vision and roadmap and prioritizing the Backlog in order to maximize business value
Strengthens good agile practices and challenges the team to work in autonomy and continuously improve itself
Communicate about the status of each project : Status, KPIs, Alerts and metrics (for improvements and predictability) updated in SNOW
Facilitates relationships within the team and between the team and its ecosystem.
with Data Tech Lead as facilitators and challengers to provide the best solution to business need
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!
First and foremost, we love people that are curious, collaborative, eager to have an impact and who value innovation, autonomy, and team spirit.
BS or MS in Business & Management or equivalent
Professional experience: 1+ years in delivery projects, if possible, in agile
Scrum certification is a plus
Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to:
- Have experience in Project Management and Agile
- Have experience in Track record of deliveries
- Like to navigate in complex environments (process, relationships, multiple actors)
- Has experience and knowledge of Agile frameworks
- Be a change agent, facilitate agile adoption within the company especially through the Agile community
- Has a good understanding of software development, and strong interest in Data topics
- Be able to interact with all levels of management,
- Be able to demonstrate strong humility and set a collaborative approach to problem solving,
- Be able to establish and maintain strong relationships and have significant experience in influencing others and moving towards a common goal,
- Be able to demonstrate strong resilience and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment,
