We are looking for an Amazon iKAM Lead to join our EU ecommerce department, based at Group SEB headquarters in Ecully.

As an Amazon iKAM Lead, your main mission is to lead the commercial relation and contract at European level, manage a team of iKAM in charge of categories (European assortment, promotion), leverage the activation team and coordinate Amazon markets.

You are responsible for the Inhouse Share development, the Sales and profitability of the European Amazon Account.

In the respect of the European Commercial Policy,

  • You optimize our Revenues & Profit:
    • By successfully negotiating Annual Trade Terms contracts
    • By creating a Yearly International Key Account Plan by categories
    • By building a Joint Business Plan with Amazon
    • By maintaining a good balance between the regular and promotional business
    • By following turnover and margin per countries and the global customer contribution
    • By leveraging and creating all necessary piloting tools and data dashboards
    • By setting a clear strategy of 1P & 3P
  • You Manage a team of iKAM:
    • Experts of their categories across all European countries
    • In charge of the EU assortment and Promotional guidelines
  • You drive and coordinate the local markets (KAMs and eCom leads):
    • By organizing regular touchpoints with local ecommerce leads & commercial directors
    • By animating the Amazon countries community
    • By aligning and driving the practices, ways of working, investments, conditions
  • You influence the right strategy:
    • With regular touchpoints with EU commercial policy department
    • With strong input to BUs on products and assortment
    • With countries on the commercial strategy
  • You work transversally, being at the center of all departments:
  • By communicating regularly with others iKAM
  • By taking in account local Marketing activities
  • You lever blueprint and expertise of Supply and controlling teams
  • Working closely to EU activation team to support the business



You have completed 5 years' higher education in Sales or Business Administration, and you have confirmed at least 10 years' experience in sales in Consumer Goods Industry. You have an effective communication and negotiation skill with aptitude in building relationship at all organizational levels and a good understanding of the channel structure, markets, and customers. You have an ability to analyze results, identify and explain any variances from targets and to work under pressure and to drive change. You are known for your discipline and rigor. You are highly self-motivated with a strong ability to be pro-active and play a role in new business developments. You have Leadership and Management competencies, you listen to the field, you motivate, you convince. Your English is fluent.

You have competencies in Business, Marketing / Strategic vision, and anticipation / Initiatives taking / Coordination & Organisation / Capacity to decide, within the values of the group
