The global People Development manager is a key role in the people and culture team. Its main goal is to design and facilitate the P&C processes that create the desired employee experience for all our griffins throughout their journey globally. This hands-on role works closely with the HRBP Team, to design, implement and follow though further development of major P&C process and program.

Your Responsabilities : 

  • Employee Engagement: plan and deploy regular surveys, action plans, and ensure adequate communication in coordination with the internal communications team.
  • Talent Reviews: plan and execute the annual process, from assessment to succession and development plans
  • Training and development: coordinate the global and local employee training activities. Including budget and vendor management, offer design and communication, and reporting to the several stakeholders and governing bodies.
  • Employee Journey: identify the key moments of truth in the employee journey and ensure the necessary policies and processes are in place to deliver our employee promise. Work closely with the internal communications team to strengthen and further develop the employee branding.

Your qualifications 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Solid command of state-of-the-art People development frameworks in an international environment
  • Excellent ability to communicate and influence a community of highly competent and motivated peers and senior leaders
  • Ability to create a data driven approach to international People Development
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Knowledge of French legal training framework
  • Hands on attitude. Willing to think and influence at a high-level while being able to perform all the required tasks to ensure flawless execution. A good plan with poor execution does not deliver the desired outcomes.

 

8/10 years' experience

Position located in Europe – Paris - France
