The Application Services Lead (ASL) will be responsible for the delivery of Application Maintenance and Support. You will be in charge for the smooth execution of services with our partner, ensuring business users satisfaction and driving the maximum value from the OneCare contract.

 

Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Drive project deliverables to meet internal standards, budgets, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Regularly evaluate project performance, ensuring alignment with cost and service expectations.
  • Lead the formulation and execution of continuous improvement strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication with steering committees and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to make timely management decisions and implement operational enhancements.
  • Upgrade end-user support organization by refining the operating model and processes.
  • Oversee vendor contract lifecycle, ensuring fulfillment of service commitments and exploring partnership enhancements.
  • Engage in stakeholder management, aligning IT services with business goals and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement, managing funds and initiatives for efficiency gains and synergies.
  • Implement and refine ITIL processes, SLAs, and performance metrics to boost service alignment and outcomes.

 

Knowledge, abilities & experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in End User Support and Services, demonstrating a track record of driving changes and delivering results.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to translate processes and technical information into business terms.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and services efficiently.
  • Knowledge of ITIL v4
  • English (French desirable, but not mandatory)
