Channel Management Lead – International (Ipsen Hub, France)

Join Ipsen and help create real impact for patients and society. We are seeking a Channel Management Lead to strengthen our International Supply Chain governance and ensure reliable, compliant, and insight‑driven Local Demand Management across Europe and International markets.

What You’ll Do

As Channel Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal product availability while minimizing supply risk. You will:

  • Drive strategic planning for Local Demand Management (LDM) and product allocations
  • Support route‑to‑market strategies and new product launches
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Procurement & Affiliates
  • Ensure compliance with Ipsen’s Supply Optimization System (SOS)
  • Monitor demand flows, identify anomalies, and escalate risks proactively
  • Deliver clear, data‑driven insights and reporting to senior leadership
  • Help develop a harmonized wholesaler management framework

Who You’ll Partner With

You will collaborate closely with affiliate Supply Chain & Finance leaders, International teams, Legal, Procurement, and selectively with wholesalers.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar (advanced degree preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking
  • Solid understanding of supply chain dynamics
  • Excellent project leadership skills
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without authority
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and data analysis capabilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of information
  • Fluent English & French; additional European languages are a plus

Location & Working Model

Based at the Ipsen Hub in Paris, with a hybrid working model and up to 20% travel.
