International Local Demand Management Analyst (CDD/Fixed-Term Contract)

At Ipsen, we are committed to improving patients’ lives through innovative medicines and a biotech spirit that drives everything we do. We are now seeking an International Local Demand Management Analyst to support our Local Demand Management (LDM) activities for an assigned product and strengthen visibility, accuracy, and alignment across our international markets.

About the Role

In this fixed-term role, you will play a key part in ensuring reliable demand signals for the assigned product by monitoring country-level trends, analysing performance, and supporting affiliates in the Supply Optimization System (SOS). You’ll collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Finance, and local teams to identify risks early, improve data discipline, and enable efficient, patient-focused supply decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and analyse local demand trends across Europe, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Review forecast submissions and track deviations, highlighting risks or anomalies.
  • Support affiliates in using the Kinaxis Maestro SOS module, ensuring adherence to processes and SOPs.
  • Manage product allocations and escalate shortages or unusual demand patterns.
  • Prepare clear, concise dashboards and regular reports for leadership visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to strengthen demand alignment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and training.

What You Bring

  • University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • First experience in supply chain, demand planning, finance, or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to work with structured processes and large datasets.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • English fluency required; other European languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Kinaxis or SAP is an advantage.
