Coordinator ADV Import Export (1‑Year Fixed‑Term Contract)
Role Overview
This position plays a pivotal role by collaborating with multiple departments to ensure exceptional service delivery - both upstream (Operations, Finance, Procurement, Quality) and downstream (Warehouse, Transport). The department oversees activities in more than 80 countries, with individual team members typically managing approximately 20 countries each.
Key Responsibilities
Assess the requirements of internal and external stakeholders
Process orders from various Ipsen locations according to supply models and customer categories, including:
Affiliates: utilizing Rapid Response, SAP, delivery calendars, and SLAs
External customers: operating through RPA, SAP, and SLAs
Consignment stock: manage supplies, evaluate sales reports, adjust inventory, and uphold FEFO standards
Letters of credit/Documentary collections: ensure compliance to facilitate secure payments
Tenders: adhere to specified conditions and deadlines for market continuity
Oversee shipments to ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs protocols, taxes, thresholds, and restrictions
Manage transportation logistics with service providers, coordinate order preparation with Ipsen sites and/or logistics partners
Prepare and issue commercial documentation
Independently handle import/export operations in complex scenarios
Qualifications
5–7 years’ experience in import/export, logistics, or international trade
Comprehensive understanding of International Trade, Incoterms, and GDP
Advanced proficiency in SAP and a solutions-driven approach
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously within a complex, international environment
Fluent English
