Summary / Purpose of the position
Under the supervision of PV Partnering Senior Manager or delegate, and working closely within the PV agreement & Partnering team:
- Support the PV agreement & Partnering team in the routine activities, such as the production, maintenance, implementation of Pharmacovigilance agreements with Ipsen Commercial Partners, including annexes and contacts management
- Collaborate continuously in the monitoring of PV agreement & PV partnering oversight activities via metrics as appropriate
- Pro-actively contribute to maintain & improve robust and compliant PV agreement system at Ipsen
- Act as a reference for PV agreements & PV partnerings; work cross-functionally with internal (e.g., Legal, Alliance, GPS Operations, GPS Therapeutic Areas, Ipsen Affiliates Worldwide…) & external stakeholders, according to GPS Policy & Standard processes and applicable regulations
- Participate in PV audit/inspection readiness & conduct within GPS as well as audit/inspection Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) deliverables, as needed
Knowledge & Experience (essential):
Good understanding of process & system notion and concept
Good knowledge of the EU Good Pharmacovigilance Practices is a plus
Good knowledge and use of Excel (as a tracking tool)

Education / Certifications (essential):
• Student in Master Health Law or Master Vigilance
