Description du poste et missions

We are looking for a Tech Lead for our Aveiro office. Our future tech lead must be an expert in the world of JAVA on the one hand and on the other hand have a strong sense of leadership that will enable him , first to support his team achieving high performance and working in a pleasant environment, and secondly managing a good relationship with the client.

Profil du candidat
- Expérience souhaitée : 10 à 15 ans
- Diplôme requis : Bac + 3

Qualités requises :
Main Skills:
Have a Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar field
Expertise with JAVA/J2EE (Spring, Web, Hibernate, Rest) and/or C# .NET (MVC, WPF, Entity, Linq)
Proven experience managing teams and technical expertise (at least 5 years)
Experience with Javascript. Frontend frameworks is a plus
Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, design and maintenance
Knowledge of Microsoft C# .NET is valued
Strongly experienced in Agile methodologies, as it’s required to train and implement Scrum/Kanban/others within the team
Openminded to be able to adapt to new paradigms very fast
Strong sense of code quality and code guidelines
Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
Mentorship and leading skills
