Ipsen is strengthening its Global Digital & IT Operations to enhance the performance and reliability of its data and analytics ecosystem across the organization.
We are looking for an IT Business Operations Expert – Analytics & Data to ensure the smooth delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of analytics platforms and data solutions.
In this role, you will act as a key interface between business teams, IT, and external partners, ensuring that data and reporting services deliver maximum value while meeting performance, compliance, and operational standards.
Your key responsibilities
- Own the delivery and performance of analytics and data services in an outsourced environment, including maintenance and support.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of dashboards, reporting, and data solutions across business domains.
- Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners (including TCS).
- Translate business needs into effective data and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
- Monitor service performance (KPIs, SLAs, budget) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee data integration flows, reporting platforms, and analytics tools, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service quality and identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Support the evolution of the Data & Analytics roadmap in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
Your profile & expertise
- 5–10 years of experience in data, analytics, or IT operations, ideally in a global environment.
- Strong experience in service delivery and outsourcing management.
- Solid expertise in Power BI (administration, governance, data modeling, DAX, integrations).
- Experience with data integration, ETL, data warehouse, and SQL development.
- Good understanding of data governance, compliance, and security standards.
- Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake) and/or RPA tools (e.g., UiPath) is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality and user satisfaction.
- Fluent in English.
